Hearing of functional outline
After hearing about your estimated budget, system functions and specifications, we will propose a list of functions. Please feel free to contact us even if you have not fully considered the functions of the system.

Identification of Functions and Submission of Estimate
We will identify the functions that match your budget and provide you with a quotation. You can adjust your budget by adding or excluding functions from the list of items. We will also provide you with an answer regarding the development schedule.

Finalizing the contract and starting the development
Agree to a contract, we will proceed with the development on a waterfall basis according to the schedule. We will share communication tools and project management tools with you and proceed with the development. We will provide weekly progress reports during the development period.

Delivery, defect warranty period, and maintenance contract
Delivery will be made after completion of the development schedule and acceptance inspection. Deliverables include the main body of the program, source code, specifications, screen definitions, and design documents. If any defects are found during the predetermined period, we will correct them as a warranty against defects. In addition, with a maintenance contract, we will also make modifications upon request even after development is complete.
