All development engineers come to work at our Hanoi office. For quality control, we conduct QA checks to ensure that the development process is being followed, and we test the operation of deliverables.

In the case of a maintenance contract, we will respond as long as the work is performed within the stipulated work time (any overtime will be charged separately).
